TODAY I WAS THINKING



  • Mindfulness-a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique

I think that the one minute of mindfulness is a great idea because throughout the day we all go through stressful classrooms and sometimes feel like we're not completely there. I think that a lot of people usually just tell themselves "let's get through this class and go to the next" and then usually feel like their mind is there but not all of them. The one minute of mindful thinking makes me feel like i'm completely present in the classroom.
